Chicken Noodle Soup

So we are getting our first snow here in Colorado today & colder weather = SOUP to me!
& Chicken noodle is literally the best & easiest thing to whip together in a pinch!
Here’s how I make mine...
- Water in a pot
- add chicken broth or bouillon
- chop up your onions, celery, & carrots!
- add minced garlic
- let that simmer

At this point either cook and add your chicken OR debone a rotisserie chicken!
Once it’s all in there
Add your flavor!
Here’s a few I love to add
- salt & pepper
- cilantro
- basil
- taco seasoning
- mesquite chicken seasonings

Let all that simmer and the veggies get soft, about 20 minutes from when you want to serve throw your egg noodles into the pot. Once they’re softish, serve it up!
